Kunal Modi completed his MBA from NMIMS. His internship at ICICI Bank, Corporate Banking Group gave him an insight into the corporate lending system of the country's leading private bank and also helped him decide how he never belonged to the corporate world. That is when he decided to start-up. He has over six years of real estate development experience in Mumbai and Bangalore residential market. He loves traveling, experiencing different cuisines and following the latest in the world of automobiles.
Ubika Dev holds a B. Tech. in Information Technology and an MBA for IIM Ahmedabad. Her internship as an investment banker with the Bank of America (nee Merrill Lynch) made her realize how much she loved it here in Bharat. Post MBA, she chose to join the Strategy team at Lodha Group where she got to make strategic choices in the journey of Lodha Group to become the largest residential real estate developer in India.
Gaurav spent his childhood travelling through different parts of India, going to different schools and meeting beautiful people along the way. The joy of constructing things remains an integral part of his life, and he is currently working as a UX/UI designer after studying at National Institute of Creative Communication. He also sketches, writes poetry, and is incurably addicted to cycling. Imagine that set to a music playlist that takes him through his day.
